About: The Great Western Hospital

Have just had my first ever overnight stay in hospital, and the experience was much better than I had anticipated.

Following surgery, I was moved to Beech Ward.

The team worked together well to meet patient's needs, despite being very busy they showed respect for patient's dignity and a tolerant and an understanding approach, even when very busy.

Hardworking, committed and professional staff both on the ward, and in the Breast Care Centre - I was very impressed, thank you for looking after me so well.
