"Grateful not to have my appointment cancelled"

About: Lings Bar Hospital

(as the patient),

I went to the Lings Bar Hospital for a skin problem. I was seen on time and was grateful not to have my appointment cancelled. Two or three times this has happened and it's one of my pet hates. Service over all very good.
