"Caring and respectful"

About: Lister Hospital

I was treated in the majors section at A&E yesterday and was really impressed and grateful for the care I received. Everyone was kind, attentive, respectful and thorough, from reception, triage, doctors, porters, radiology, nursing staff. I hate hospitals and normally dread going. The quality of human care provided was a surprise and made an otherwise horrible day a whole lot better. Thanks to everyone who treated me.

Our colleagues in the majors section of the Lister's emergency department will be so pleased to read your feedback, which we have just sent across to them.

They do great work, providing high quality care in what so often is a stressful environment - and although they know that, it is always so important for them to hear that from their patients too!

We do hope that you're now making a speedy and food recovery and that you have no need to use their services again any time soon!
