I came in today because I was unable to walk after falling over last night. When we got to the hospital I asked my partner to get me a wheelchair which he was able to get quickly. The desk staff were friendly and calm which helped put me at ease. There was also a display board explaining the wait would be 3 hours, whilst this wasn't ideal it at least gave me a time frame. There were lots of magazines put out for people to read, and some colouring in pages and colouring pencils for children which I thought was a really nice thoughtful touch. The member of staff that saw me was so incredibly kind, funny and knowledgeable. They put me completely at ease and really cheered me up. It also took 2 hours all in all which for emergency care is the best I have received. Thank you so much for such excellent care, I really appreciated it.
"Excellent care"
