What I liked

I have just attended my first appointment with the RHH. I was given a lot of time to explain my situation in detail. The Doctor demonstrated high levels of knowledge about research and findings on the issues I presented, introduced me to a relevant website and prescribed for each of my health problems. The Doctor was exceptionally supportive and took a very holistic view. I had great faith in her advice and consequently expect to suffer less from the radiotherapy I am about to commence. My husband recommended me to the RHH because he has used it to help cure three different health problems and he swears by them.

What could be improved

There were time slippages but I was not too concerned - the waiting area is very comfortable, bright and airy, staff were so friendly and I was pleased that there were large numbers of patients.

Anything else?

I feel very privileged that a homeopathic hospital is located so close to me. I have always received high quality NHS health care but when we have serious health problems, it is very helpful to be able to have complementary medical support at the same time. I am sure this also helps the NHS staff.
