"Great support from Gateford childens centres"

About: North Workshop Children's Centre (Gateford Site)

(as a service user),

I have had the best service by far for nearly 5 yrs on and off. I have done courses and had suppport from a worksop when my twins was first born and again after my mum passed away. With out this support from nnc gateford site I would have either lost my children or my will to carry on. I have always suffed from depression since I was 13yrs old these guys and there support my life would have been over. I thank the team from gateford childrens centre, especially my family support worker. I would have lost everything. Thank you.

The teams are there to help provide advice and guidance and I am pleased to hear that they have been invaluable in times where you have had challenges and particularly during your loss of your mum. Having people around that you trust and can turn to is so important and I am pleased to hear that you felt able to share your difficulties and get the support that was available. It is so vital that we know we are making a difference as everyone experiences difficulties at one point or another in their lives and our aim is to support families at any point that you might need it. Thank you for taking the time to share your story
