"We cannot get through to order products"

About: Nottingham West / Community nursing

(as a relative),

My wife is trying to order a continence prescription as she has done for many years over the phone. The contract has now been handed to your organisation and we are unable to contact anyone to place an order. The phone just rings continuously until after a few minutes we get cut off.

the two numbers we tried were

0115 8835145

0115 8835209

Why was a system that worked well through the GP changed? Not once but twice

I shall be passing this onto my MP.

We are sorry you have had this experience with our new service, thankyou for bringing it to our attention. We are currently working with IT regarding the telephone system we have in place which will allow the caller to leave a voice mail message and also to install a call waiting system. We are aware that this may be causing uneccessary stress to our patients and for this we aplogise, we are working with our IT partners as quickly as we can to resolve this issue.
