"Staff at Elm lodge were reassuring"

The staff at Elm Lodge I found reassuring. The information I was given was great for myself and my daughter, gave us a good understanding of exactly what was going on in my head. All very friendly and I found the whole experience to be fantastic myself. As in the beginning I was quite scared and a little anxious.

I would like to thank all the staff at “elm lodge” that I was seeing they were great and treated me with respect and not like a toddler
