"Severe punctuality problem creates treatment delays"

On the whole the treatment i received from Royal Hallamshire Hospital, for my condition of a loss of iron, was really good. Medical and nursing care was great also cleanliness and even car parking was good.

However there was a severe punctuality problem. There was a severe delay (3 hours) of collection by Medicar. Due to the late start of cleansing process, I was still being offered 2 pints of the liquid at 10.40pm.
