I've been feeling very frightened and have been struggling with mental health issues for some time. I recently had an Outpatient appointment with a psychiatrist in Nottingham.
I told the Doctor what I desperately need is practical help and support. Instead I was ushered out with an unwanted increase in medication.
I just wish he had listened. It's practical help and support I need, not more pills.
