"Bad first time expierence"

I booked induced labour week before I went in hospital as my baby didn't want to come out. As we went in right time we had to wait 9h to actually be induced and seen. I had like 6 blood pressures taken tho, I guess I can do that at home.what's the point to book anything? As it is my first baby even this experience was scary and all this waiting made me more and more anxious. All staff had different answers why we had to wait, as :ooh you were booked in,we didn't know! Or ooh we are so busy, I will see you soon. Day shift was bad, as the night shift came, things were moving for everyone. So we spend 3 days there and then were send to labour ward as things started to move.then it went down hill.as my waters were broken midwife decided to check me before give me more medicine(thanks to God and the midwife) they realized something was wrong, my baby was breech and I was send to emergency c section. Even first doc in scan couldn't tell difference between head and bum. Non of doctors didn't notice that my baby is bum down, and it was big baby.it still makes me upset. Other doc saw that straight away in scan and was great.all the surgery staff were great as I was in panic. Then I was send to ward 22. Understaffed ward.long wait for anything. Day shifts slower than nights again. All midwife's were great but they didn't had time for everything so that was upsetting. Overall traumatic wxpuerence for first time mum as in my opinion loads of upseting things could of been avoid
