"Recent visit to Ninewells Hospital, Dundee"

I recently visited Ninewells hospital and while I was waiting in the reception area on the concourse. I couldnt help but overhear the reception staff interacting with the various people who needed help or were passing through. I was very impressed with the way they spoke to and handled all the people they came into contact with including myself, nothing was too much trouble.

In particular James was very jolly, putting people at ease, exactly how the first point of contact should be.

They are a real credit to the hospital, keep up the good work folks.
