"My daughter's excellent care during oral surgery"

My 14 year old daughter has asked me to write this review following her recent operation to remove and expose teeth.

We were both so impressed by the caring attitude of the staff on Ward B10 W who explained in an age appropriate way what would be happening, when and why.

When my daughter continued to bleed heavily after surgery the staff on the ward behaved calmly and efficiently, reassuring my daughter that she was in safe hands.

The oral surgeon was called to the ward and returned again twice to check on my daughter's recovery.

Everyone we met was so lovely and caring and totally dedicated to their profession, going above and beyond in their duties to ensure that all patients were comfortable, despite being extremely busy.

The NHS at it's best.
