"Ambulance took nearly 2 hours to take my little brother to hospital"

This happened about 10 minutes ago. My brother took an overdose, I phoned 999 and was told the ambulance was sent out immediately. We waited over an hour, I phoned again, they showed up 50 minutes after the second call. You can imagine how completely devastated I am, I don't know if he will suffer permanent damage and I can't know if he will be OK right now. But to take that long to come to get a teenager in a bad way. I don't know what to say. I'm just disgusted and have had no justification of the time it's taken. I don't have a car and have no family that could have taken him. We live 30 min drive from the nearest hospital (Morriston Hospital).
