"Our son was in the best hands possible"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was taken really poorly and sent to padua by our GP, the staff there were 2nd to none, they quickly dealt with him as soon as we arrived and I believe saved him from all kinds of problems. They way everything was explained was brilliant and the care was 1st rate, he was kept on a hdu bed within padua and they watched over him attentively. He always had brilliant care and so did we. One person in particular that I would love to name was Jill the consultant she was brilliant and had a great bedside manner. My son loved her too. She was quick thinking and had every eventuality covered and prepared for and explained to us what was precautionary and what was needed. She took the shock of what was going on away, and my husband and I felt we our son was in the best hands possible. Thank you to everyone on Padua that helped our son and us. : -)

Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to give us this feedback at a time that must have been so difficult for you. I am so pleased that the care you and your son received was attentive and caring. I will make sure Jill sees your kind words.

I do hope your son is making a good recovery.

Best regards,

Sally
