"needle boxes"

I have recently visited beeston hill surgery cemetry rd when i got there i noticed that the children toys were filfy. However this was not my may concern i tool my child to the toilets which is when i discovered that they had dispossable boxes for used needles which i think is responsible of them . what i did not appricate is that there were no note to let others know i should of been giving the right to chose if i took my child in there with possible neddle usage going on . what would of happened if someone was using at the time or even worse had had an overdose this may not seem important to the manage who seem to be brushing me off in emails but to me every parent should have the right to the full information that goes on .
