"Phebotomist was great"

I was having home visits for blood tests for my INR test. I have very difficult veins and it is very stressful for me as the girls had to try my hands and feet many times.

All the phlebotomist were very nice and understanding and extremely good at their job. They told me there was a service in Fax hospital that could prick your finger to get the reading and that had a domically team.

Val, one of the phlebotomists made lots of calls to my gp also to the team that come out to take the reading from my finger and eventually I now have my finger pricked. I would like to thank Val for help and also the phlebotomist for the service.
