I would just like to comment on what a good experience I had at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
I spent only a short time in the facility, staying on bed rest for 6 days, but the nurses that worked on the above ward were amazing. So friendly and approachable, but whilst remaining professional, which Made experience of bed rest after spinal surgery a lot easier.
They were so supportive through my recovery with ever aspect they could, which filled me with confidence about my treatment.
The ward was kept in immaculate condition, and the staff seemed to take pride in their work, and showed genuine compassion and care for their patients.
All of these factors made me feel as comfortable as possible during my stay at the hospital.
Finally a big thank you to all the lovely nurses who cared for me, and the amazing surgeons and the follow up team for all there help during my stay.
Thank you very much.
