dad was in
Springview last summer, he was 95 and fro the doctors, nurses and care staff, he was treated very well.
I found the staff all very caring and we were always consulted on his care.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive comments with us in regards to your father's stay in our Springview. Your specific comments in regards to the caring approach of staff is pleasing to read, along with your views as a family that you were consulted in regards to his care planning. I will ensure to share your feedback with the managers of this facility, however it would be helpful to find out if there was a specific ward that your father was on and any specific individual staff that you would like us to share this with also.
