(as the patient),

I have very recently attended University Hospital Ayr to have cataracts removed from my right eye, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Inglis, the Anaesthatist, and all of the staff at the Ayr Day Surgery Unit for the excellent care they all provided. The operation has been a complete success, and I suffered no pain or discomfort at any stage of the recovery.

Once again, very many thanks for your care, dedication and professionalism.
