"Want to thank kind lady at Northern General"

I went into Theatre Admissions for hand surgery at Northern General. The whole team were fantastic. I could not have been cared for better. However, the television was expensive, especially when carrying a minimum amount of cash. It was the first time I'd had surgery and I was very anxious. Everything that could be done to put me at ease was. I would like to thank one young lady especially, but I don't know her name sadly. Though all the staff deserve to be thanked . Thank you all . The lady mentioned above was the last person I saw when I was put to sleep and the first I saw when I came round. I never saw her again, but I wish I had. She was an anaesthetists assistant and I never got to thank her. The surgery took place 14th May. If anyone knows the person, I'd love to speak to her.
