"short procedure on ward 90"

so today i have been to St Mary's Manchester IVF unit. Was there for my egg collection as part of my IVF treatment. Although I didn't get the outcome I hoped for would just like to say how nice, friendly, caring and helpful all the staff were on ward 90. Fertility treatment in my eyes is something that needs treating with respect as it can be an upsetting time for patients. And all the nurses on this ward did that today. The nurses, doctors, clinic staff and cleaners were all nice and pleasant, made an uncomfortable situation easy to deal with. so nice to go somewhere and get that level of care and to really feel like the staff are there for you. So a big thumbs up to staff on ward 90. :)
