About: Royal Bolton Hospital

Having had 2 hospital experiences with my 2 kids within a month, north Manchester and Bolton hospital.

Bolton shines and makes NMGH a poor cousin!

The 2 experiences was poles apart...

Bolton is child centred, and informs and supports the child on there level, whilst supporting the parent. Though nerves are expected with the child, they managed it in a fun, loving n support way. They spent the time to show my child what happens and when, while keeping me update and easing my nerves. It was a breeze! My daughter was so happy, she actually went under GA laughing with me and staff!!

Can't fault E5 and staff should be proud of themselves ?

My only moan was no WIFI but I think it's something they looking into!

Dear Rachael, so pleased to hear all went well with your daughter's care here, and when the child is happy it makes it so much easier for parents, doesn't it! With regard to WIFI I've checked with our IT department and there are indeed plans to sort this. Thanks for posting.
