"Thanks to Pinderfields Coronary care and Cardiology"

The care and attention given to me from the day of admission to being discharged 7 days later was of the highest order. The media feed us such negatine stories of NHS failings and rare does one hear of positive service. There may well be much truth in reports of dire financial straits but it is clear to me that this has little or nothing to do with the front line troops who strived through long shifts to provide the required care for me. My experience has been one of total success. The nursing staff and the support team on both units [Ward 11 & 31a] graced each day with diligence and [always] a smile.

I find myself unable to find adequate words of gratitude for the consultant cardiologist[s] who spent so much of their thinking time to resolve what they admit was a complex case. I confidently expect to be back on the golf course long before spring/summer arrives. My thanks to all concerned.
