"Very disappointed"

About: Leeds Dental Hospital

I rang up on the Monday and was told by the receptionist that if I come to the walk-in clinic the next day at 8:30am I will be seen by a dentist. The next day I turn up and the receptionist told me the walk in clinic did not operate every day and was never guaranteed. Today for instance the dentist 'hadn't turned up'. It cost me a lot of money to get there, I had to get a sitter at home etc... And then when I got there they basically just fobbed me off.

I burst into tears in the reception as I'm in a lot of pain and was hoping someone would help me. They didn't even offer me a tissue.
