I had two appointments, some months apart, with a neurosurgeon. I was very impressed by, and grateful for, their readiness to spend time discussing with me what an MRI scan and a repeated MRI scan had shown. From my perspective their willingness to listen to my fears, coupled with the clarity of their explanations, were exceptional and I particularly appreciated his friendly, professional courtesy and sensitivity.
