(as the patient),

I went into the M.A.U at the Royal Bolton with Gall stones.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, the only things which were not a top standard was the parking and I thought it could have been cleaner.

We’re pleased to hear that our staff were kind and helpful to you. We know that parking can sometimes be difficult and we are planning to extend one of our car parks which should help. We’re sorry that you did not enjoy the food during your stay. Our menus are developed in close consultation with patients and most say they are happy with the service. We do, however, continue to monitor opinion and our chefs do ward rounds to speak to patients.
