Went in yesterday for cardioversion. There was absolutely nothing I could criticise. Staff worked together as a team were professional and efficient and remained compassionate and respectful throughout. The ward gleamed with cleanliness, true of the whole hospital and so different from a few years back. I can't thank everyone enough for sorting me out, Despite government attempts to undermine the service, the NHS still comes through with sheer quality when we need it.
