What I liked

I was admitted to Queen Victoria after suffering severe facial injury following a kick from a horse. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment of the maxillofacial team and the staff on Margaret Dunsfold Ward. The surgical team have done an excellent job of putting my face back together. My overall experience of the care and treatment I received really could not be improved. There is a lot of criticism of services in the NHS nowadays, and Queen Vic is certainly the jewel in the NHS crown.

What could be improved

Heating in the waiting room at maxillofacial out patient clinie.

Anything else?

I would like to pass my thanks on to all the staff involved with my case, nurses, surgical staff, anaesthetics team and even the porters who wheeled me from department to department in thick snow! Every one of them carried out their duties with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.
