"How the service is in dire straits"

SINCE PCASS has been taken over by SHSC, not good to say but administratively it's become a disaster, recovery going in general down hill. Everytime I have an appointment something goes wrong, ie) prescriptions, wrong. No-one genuinely seems to have the time to breathe. Just hope nobody ends up dead from such easy mistakes that keep getting made.

Making an appointment seems to be a waste of time as people are seen on arrival without one. I think that if you have made an appointment, don't turn up on time, as you'll need to be expecting at least half an hour wait minimum. Easier to just turn up when you feel best, because it will be sadly same time waiting, good luck.
