What I liked
Caravelle Ward, Crawley Hospital:
How refreshing to meet incredibly compassionate and professional people to whom nursing is a vocation and not just a job.
The ward was of the highest standard in every way and our family are extremely grateful for making the experience we have just undergone as comfortable as it was.
Our fears and apprehension were totally removed from the moment we arrived at the hospital and this is thanks to everyone involved on the ward who were fantastic.
Thank you to you all - you're amazing!
What could be improved
Coffee shop could be open at weekends!
