"Cleanliness not to a high standard- Bolton Royal Infirmary"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I went to the Womens Health Care part of the Bolton Royal Infirmary with a problem of bleeding between periods.

The car parking was bad and also I didn't feel the nursing care or the cleanliness was up to a high standard.

The medical care was really good though and I was told what happening at every stage.

We are very sorry that you felt the nursing care and cleanliness was below standard.

We have done much in the past few months to raise the standards of cleanliness and have had invested £50,000 this year to increase the cleaning in many of our areas.
