About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Urology County Hospital / Urology Manor Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Am unable to contact urology secretary to inform that I had to attend walsall manor hospital twice due to not being able to self catheterise and ask for urgent appointment with Mr Nair to do explorative surgery. May have to transfer to Walsall manor for operation, I think this service has deteriorated since transfer to north stoke hospital. Also no contact phone numberr for urology nurses.

hi Everyone managed to get an appointment with north staffs hospital am due for surgery in February. Still no response from walsall manor despite giving them details on discharge letter ie patient number so will stay with county hospital at stafford
