I would like to thank staff at The Urology Clinic, Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham for the professionalism shown by staff. The clinic was held by Dr Selim.

I would personally like to thank the nurse who I did not get her name. She was a Filipino lady. She was very professional, light hearted and humorous. A credit to the NHS. Thanks again...

I am pleased to read that your patient experience was positive and you felt that all of the staff you encountered were professional but friendly in their manner.

I will highlight your post to Alan Baldwin, Matron for General Surgery and Urology Services, as well as Mr Michael Foster, Clinical Director for Urology, who will both be thrilled to read your feedback and ensure that it is communicated to all of the Urology Team. I hope this is acceptable.
