I had a heart attack outside my Doctors surgery, went to see a Doctor and they told me that no Doctors were available and to go to the walk in centre. They took me outside and said we will ring you a taxi. The taxi never turned up. So I went home & to work. 10 days later I had a double heart by-pass.
