i just want to thank all the staff at the northwick park hospital in the thoracic medicine outpatient department for giving me so much care and attention when i fear i do not really deserve it. in particular, dr d ornadel and indeed harsha mehta, who possesses unparalleled patience. in fact, i have not met a single disagreeable member staff at the norwick park hospital since going there (over the last month at least).
