"I felt that I was a nuisance"

About: Westmorland General Hospital / Langdale Unit

(as the patient),

Unfortunately some senior nursing staff were not always pleasant to me in the Langdale Unit and I felt that I was a nuisance. Other than that I have no complaints, other than not being able to gain much information about myself.

Thank you for your posting. I am very grateful to you for taking the time to feed back your experience.

I am disappointed that some of the senior nursing staff were not always pleasant to you and I'm sorry that this led you to feel that you were a nuisance. I expect all staff to be pleasant at all times...and that in particular the senior staff should be leading by example. I will ensure that your comments are fed back.

I'm not too sure what you mean when referring to 'information about yourself' but if you think there is anything that I can do to help please do not hesitate to contact me.
