"Better care this year than the last year of my skin at the Northern General "

I went into the Northern General in March/April because of a rodent ulcer.

My visit in April was with Dr Larn who immediately put me at ease and I felt confident about what he said. I am now discharged.

This year was fine, last year my consultant was off sick and the man I saw made me feel like I shouldn't be there, in spite of me being told previously that I was one to watch, because of the problems I have.

All my visits to the day surgery have been good I was always made to feel comfortable and the care from everyone at all levels was superb. Thank you.
