already had blood tests plus2 x ultrasound plus CTI scan as inpatient then sent to Louth for Endoscopy and again for Colonoscopy and expected this visit to confirm results but because I was seeing a new doctor she effectively wanted to start again!
I was asked to go to my GP and arrange blood samples whilst a future date ? would be made at Lincoln for an MRI scan.........so no results and a wasted 96 mile round trip

I would like to be able to review your case to understand how we let you down but would need some more details from you. Could you please contact our PALS team on 01522 707071, or via e-mail at pals@ulh.nhs.uk to confirm your name, details of your inpatient visits and subsequent outpatients visits to Louth.
Once we have this information, we can look at what happened and why and ensure that we put things right for you going forward.
