"Nurse didnt explain treatment fully"

About: North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

Unfortunately I has to visit the walk in centre in October at 10: 30 one morning. Having the flu and dizziness. I did not want to go there but I was so ill and had to wait to see my own doctor. The nurse in the centre told me there was nothing wrong with my breathing though every time I breath in my ribs hurt and my head because of my coughing. I could not believe I asked for antibiotic to help me and the nurse said you have a virus, I told the nurse I had tried all different tablets and I needed antibiotics to help me, the nurse gave me nothing!

I walked out. My age is 83 years old, I live alone and when I left there I fainted in the village. People helped me home by ca. I am disgusted and I hope this nurse when old is shown more help and compassion than I received.
