What I liked
The way that the patient is processed through the system with re-assurance along the way.
What could be improved
The waiting time, from when I first arrived, but I think there must have been a back log but once I have my first eye drops the whole process went very smoothly.
Anything else?
I would not hesitate to recommend the Sunderland Eye Infirmary to anyone and I am hopeful that I can have the cataract from my other eye removed very shortly.
