"Bunion Op"

I was very apprehensive about having an operation under general anaesthetic but all of the staff were kind and made me feel a lot less nervous about it. The anaesthetist and their team were reassuring and tried to put my racing heart at ease and the staff in general were professional in every way.

The room was clean, comfortable and nice. I had been worried when I read somewhere that there were mixed sex wards, but I was in my own room and felt very relaxed.

I am very happy with the whole experience and would fully recommend Renacres Hospital to anyone who appreciates professionalism.
