What I liked
The team work and efficiency and speed in geting to the bottom of your problems. I was kept abreast of all that was going on at all times, resulting in life saving emergency surgery. The dedication and utter professionalism of the staff in admissions, pre op, ITC unit and the recovery wards is absolutely outstanding. May I express my sincerest appreciation and grateful thanks to all the staff and the after care staff in outpatients.....just brilliant and amazing people. Thank you.
What could be improved
Nothing at all as far as I was aware, although the staff seemed to work long long hours and rarely seemed to take breaks. They deserve some R&R during their shifts.
