"Recent stay at WM Hospital"

Went in into A&E and whisked through to major trauma unit due to appendicitis condition. Staff incredibly friendly and professional.

Operated on within 6 hours.

Great stay in Syon 1 to recover and staff on the ward were just fantastic, diligent, attentive and considerate.

I'm proud of our NHS after this visit.

My only noticeable criticism is the fact that some of the senior staff (sisters need to go on a management programme to be more effective listeners and workforce planners.

Saw lots of heated conversations and wasn't impressed.
