I visited a couple of weeks ago and am not very mobile.
Nurse checked me in, took blood pressure etc, then disappeared
There was no water, no food despite being there all day, they did offer me a sandwich but they should know I can't eat bread
I felt quite isolated and insecure and although I told them I needed support, this was not provided adequately
Very long wait times for dr's, no updates, when asked the nurse simply replies, "I have no idea"
Complicated hospital with poor signage
I was in the day addmitions department 2nd floor, of the royal homopathic hospital on great ormond street which is part of nhnn
"day care unit nhnn, not fed, no water, no nurse..."
