Clinic8. I was referred by my GP as an emergency to clinic 8 today 14/10/15.
I was first seen by the nurse assistant, called in 10 minutes before my appointment time. Given eye drops and asked to wait to see a Dr. In less than 5 minutes called in to see them. After having a very thorough eye examination, which was done in a highly professional, friendly and calming manner. They then asked if I would mind having scans taken.
I was then taken through to scanning area. A nursing assistant talked me through the scanning procedure. They were very friendly and had a caring manner. Then back to see Consultant. After only a very short wait I was seen and given all results and diagnosis. I was discharged from the clinic , only having taken a total of 1hour and 15 minutes!!
Through this visit to clinic 8, I can only say the three members of staff I had the pleasure to have met. All were an absolute credit to Lincoln Hospital. Well done to you all, and my sincere thanks. Lesley Logan
