I had a knee injury on October 8. I was in excruciating pain and attended the hospital minor injuries unit on Friday 9 October where I had an X-ray, a dressing, and advice. I returned again today October 13 and saw the same nurse. I had my leg redressed and pain management advice, alongside information given from the radiologists report. The nurse(I apologise for not remembering her name - but will never forget her kindness and compassion) gave me pain relief and helped me to the car. My pain was off the scale. The nurse was compassionate and patient, and extremely helpful. I had already filled a feedback form in on my first visit so did not fill one in today as my opinion had not changed but I have felt compelled to say thank you sincerely for such good and caring service. Thank you
"Compassionate care and excellent service"
