I went to another appointment at the pink building in relation to my eyes. Firstly I would so say the reception staff even the cleansers were all extremely helpful and lovey with a smile and a good morning and the building was very well kept.
The consultant I saw was the best I had ever met. I have fibromyalgia and a lot of specialists who will just write your problem of as being rested to, but this consultant went through all my notes discussed how all this started and what problems I was having. There was a person in the room with them ( sorry I forgot their name) they were Wry hands on was also very good thanks. Nothing was too much for them. They listened to my explanations they didn't cut me off, HR was polite and courteous and when I mentioned I was having other treatmets they even asked about those, they showed real genuine interest. They've refered me to see an in house optician and another neurologist and for trendiest time in 2 years I feel like I'm actually getting some real treatment and not just placated.
I, currently under 3 hospitals and seeing 5 specialist and the consultant and their team are the nicest, most efficient and kindest team I have ever met and I came away feeling very happy and elated that I had received the very best in treatment and I never leave reviews and don't usually mention consultants but feel they deserve this and would recommend anyone who needs to see an opthamologist that they request to see them.
