"still waiting"

having been referred by my consultant from solihull hospital' having had three knee replacements in the same knee' i was told by the consultant at the r.o.h. that the latest one had come loose again! this was back in february having been told that my operation would be done in october' i have now been told that it wont and more likely november now! what a complete shambles. feel that i have bee let down by the whole nhs service. have done this review out of shear frustration!
