"Nothing but praise"

Our son was recently admitted to ward 19 WGH. We have nothing but praise for all staff we encountered in the 4 days we were in hospital. From the beginning of his journey in ward 19 through to ward 20 the staff were, professional, courteous, attentitive, kind and very caring. To much bad press comes about to freely, not as many thanks. So from us, Thank you all very much!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about the care your son received during his time in the paediatric ward. I hope he’s feeling better now.
The staff work really hard to provide the best possible care for the children. They realise the importance of good communication and support for parents at what can be a very worrying time. I’m delighted to read that was your experience and I will be deligted to feedback your kind words to Senior Charge Nurse Buddy and the rest of the team.
